Digg account banned

It seems I am being banned from everywhere. The latest addition to this list:

Specifically, "can i count the amount of bullshit she just streamed from not only her tits (digg shirt) but her words, even if we asked the "right" questions, there is no way her network wouldn't censor them.. digg users are not that fucking ignorant..."

We are willing to unban your account once we receive notification from you that you have reviewed the Digg.com Terms of Service and re-affirm your agreement to those terms.

Now I don't remember exactly the digg I was commenting on, I believe it was about a video of a news reporter for msnbc or something asking so called "hard hitting" questions to somebody.

The only question I have is exactly who contacted them, 3rd party or user?
